Course Detail: STRNG - Strong Minds, Strong Bodies (6th-8th Grade)
A strong body starts with a strong mind! Strong Minds, Strong Bodies Camp helps campers develop physical fitness, mental resilience, and healthy habits in a fun and engaging way. Through strength training, endurance activities, yoga, mindfulness exercises, and nutrition lessons, participants will build confidence and self-discipline while learning how to take care of their bodies and minds. Each day focuses on a different aspect of health and wellness.
