Course Description: Breakfast of Champions Youth Camp
Breakfast foods are so many things: breakfast! lunch! and, yes, even dinner! Breakfast of Champions will teach students to prepare several sweet and savory recipes to empower students in the kitchen with the confidence to make their own meals. Dishes taught include cinnamon rolls, bagels, pancakes/waffles, biscuits and gravy, and quiche. Taught by Alyssa Dalgleish, who is also an instructor of Culinary Arts at Bend Senior High School. Recipe book to take home included.
