Course Description: Sweet and Savory Start to the Morning: Breakfast Baking Youth Camp
From sweet to savory and everything in between, breakfast foods are so many things. Students will learn to create classic breakfast favorites from scratch in this camp including bagels, cinnamon rolls, biscuits for breakfast sandwiches, banana bread and scones. Each day focuses on hands-on techniques like dough shaping, proper mixing and flavor add-ins. Students will learn essential techniques, build confidence in the kitchen and bring home their freshly made creations each day of camp. The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free.
