Course Description: Perfect Pies: From Sweet Treats to Savory Eats Youth Camp
Step into the world of professional pastry and classic cookery in this hands-on camp focused entirely on the art of sweet and savory pies. Students will learn to craft flaky crusts and delicious fillings as they create savory quiche, rustic galettes and classic sweet pies. Along the way, they'll master essential baking techniques, flavor balancing and decorative finishes. Students will learn essential techniques, build confidence in the kitchen and bring home their freshly made creations each day of camp. The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free.
