Course Description: Bread Lab: Quick Bakes and Enriched Breads Youth Camp
Get ready to mix, knead, shape and bake! Bakers will dive into the fast-and-fun world of quick breads (bread made without yeast) as well as enriched doughs (delicious delights that include ingredients beyond the basics) to create sweet and savory breads like braided challah, cardamom bread and muffins. Students will learn essential techniques, build confidence in the kitchen, and bring home their freshly made creations.The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free.
