Course Description: The Art of Tarts and Torts Youth Camp
Tarts and Torts dives into the delicious world of creating European-inspired desserts with a variety of different crusts and fillings. From delicate flaky shells filled with creamy custard or silky chocolate mousse to rich, dense torts assembled with layers of delights, Torts and Tarts introduces campers to the foundations of professional pastry. Students will learn essential techniques, build confidence in the kitchen and bring home their freshly made creations each day of camp.
