Course Description: Decadent Chocolate Delights Youth Camp
From creating a triple chocolate mousse cake, to making chocolate cake pops, to rolling chocolate truffles and making chocolate bark (and more!). This baking adventure teaches key baking techniques while working as a team, having fun, and learning the skills to bake safely and confidently at home. Your friends and family will thank you for the chocolate delights you bring home every day! This camp is taught by Cascade Culinary Institute Chef Instructor, Sarah Witt, and longtime educator and Chef Assistant, Kristi Kennedy.
