Begin your health care career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. This course prepares you to enter the workforce as a health care professional and to take the state exams required to be placed on the Idaho Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) Registry.

The 126-hour class includes online coursework, in-class lectures, in-class skills practice, and clinical experience at local health care facilities.  

This class requires at least 32 hours within a clinical setting.

Clinical locations will be assigned once class starts. Attendance at clinicals is mandatory.

Students must be at least 16 years old to take this course.

Tuition cost is $1115.00

The steps to enrollment are:

1. Complete prerequisite submission using the Enrollment form
2. Receive approval of prerequisites
3. Complete registration by paying tuition in full at the time of registration.

Once your submissions are complete and approved, you will receive a link to register for the specific session that will include an access code needed to complete your registration.  You will not receive the access code unless you have been approved to register.

Textbook  is available at CEI eCampus https://cei.ecampus.com/ 

• Students will select "Shop by Course" and then enter the term and then select their course. It is suggested to look at the dates of return closely before renting a textbook. Your class may overlap into another section.

Scrubs

• Scrubs must be solid colors (no patterns, no white), and students must wear matching tops and bottoms. Students will be permitted to wear a solid-colored long sleeve shirt underneath their scrubs if they desire
