Biography: Doug was born and raised in East Idaho. He grew up farming hay and grain. Immediately after high school he entered the Electrical Apprenticeship Program at what is now CEI. Shortly after receiving his Journeyman he went to work as an O&M technician for one of the wind companies located in the foothills of Idaho Falls. There he became trained on Bachman PLC controls and certified to work on the GE wind turbines. |
