This 8-hour, in-person course offers a comprehensive review of the 2026 National Electrical Code (NEC) updates. Designed for Journeymen and Master Journeymen electricians, the course provides detailed instruction on the most recent code changes and their impact on electrical installations. An experienced instructor will highlight key revisions, discuss significant differences from previous editions, and explain what these changes mean for current industry practices. In the College of Eastern Idaho's Workforce Training Electrical Apprenticeship Program, apprenticeship students will learn the Fundamentals of Electrical Theory, the National Electrical Code, and other practical training that may be seen on the jobsite.
