This course is designed to give the student the opportunity to hone their shooting skills through appropriate visual and physical input on the gun to improve their accuracy and speed. By doing so, it will improve the student's ability to deliver effective hits in a constantly changing environment. In a constantly changing environment, students need to understand the safest place to orient the muzzle when the priority is not shooting. In turn, this enhances the student's mental bandwidth to make sound decisions about when to use lethal force, how to apply it, and when to stop.  

Duty Belt

Handgun with at least 3 magazines

If carrying a 1911 single stack, at least 5 magazines

Tools and/or cleaning supplies

Proper range attire (weather specific)

Eye and ear protection

Basic LEO Certification

PLEASE NOTE: This course is designed for the experienced

shooter and is not for beginners. Completion of 40-hour POST or

equivalent firearms course preferred.
