Course Detail: W-IND-WLD-PWLD - Practical Welding

Practical Welding is a 2-week long course that is designed as an introduction for individuals who are new to welding, as well as for those seeking a shorter course to sharpen and improve their existing skills. Students will learn the basic fundamentals of SMAW (Stick Welding) and GMAW (MIG Welding) through hands-on instruction and practical application.
Learning Outcomes - At the end of this course, participants will be:
- Comfortable around the set-up and breakdown of basic welding equipment.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to perform basic SMAW (Stick Welding) operations.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to perform basic GMAW (MIG Welding) operations.
- Equipped with the confidence to tackle small projects or repair jobs at home, the ranch, or your job.
