Course Detail: AGRC-117 - VIDEO PRODUCTION: PLANNING AND PRODUCTION

This intensive, 5-session course focuses on the two most critical stages of any project: Pre-Production and Principal Photography. You will learn how to transition from simply "hitting record" to executing a professional, organized shoot.
The curriculum prioritizes the logistical and technical fundamentals required to get a project off the ground, ensuring you arrive on set with a plan and leave with high-quality assets.
Creative Development: Craft professional treatments and Director's Vision statements to communicate your style.
Logistical Planning: Master script breakdowns, build realistic budgets, and develop efficient shooting schedules.
The Paperwork of Art: Create detailed shot lists, visual references, and production design plans (props, wardrobe, and art direction).
Team Building: Learn how to write/post professional casting and crew calls and navigate location scouting.
On-Set Command: Understand industry-standard crew roles, set etiquette, and effective communication strategies.
