Biography: Ronda Berns is the principal and founder of Ronda Berns Sales Consulting and Coaching. Her company provides sales training, new business development coaching, and marketing consulting services for businesses that are ready to achieve their sales, revenue and growth goals through customer-centric sales process and marketing strategies that produce results. She has been in sales management for 30 plus years. Prior to starting her own business, she held positions as Vice President of Tourism for the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, National Sales Manager for Destination Hotels, Director of Sales at Topnotch Resort, and Executive Director for the Vermont Convention Bureau. Ronda lives with her husband in Elmore, Vermont.
