This 6 part series, with a seventh follow-up session, is designed to build proficiencies for leaders within the organization. Participants develop proficiencies related to the skills taught and measured by specific scoring rubrics. Classes combine group discussions, case studies, professional reading, and activities to deliver training objectives. Each session is four hours and meets on a rotational basis, allowing time to reflect and apply new skills in the work environment. Inter-session work is assigned both for the individual and peer learning groups.
