COUN 2900: Civil and Employment Mediation Seminar

Attend Civil and Employment Mediation Training and learn critical mediation skills to work more effectively with conflict at work, in your community, neighborhoods and with small claims and civil cases as a party to conflict as well as a third-party mediator.  The ability to engage in difficult conversations on many levels and with productive outcomes is crucial for everyone. Managing stress and effectively communicating in conflict can be the critical skill. This workshop will help you to increase your capability to succeed in the midst of conflict one-on-one and as a mediator using scenarios and examples from workplace situations and will build on your own life experiences. Skilled trainers and coaches will offer assistance. This 32 hour Civil and Employment Mediation course satisfies the training requirements to be on the rosters MN and ND.

Cancellation Policy

If UND receives the Course Withdrawal Form 7 or more calendar days before the learning event start date, the fee paid to UND Professional Development for Educators minus a $35 processing fee will be refunded. If the fee paid to UND is less than $100 the processing fee will be waived. NO REFUNDS are available if a withdrawal notification is received 6 or less calendar days before the learning event start date.
