EDL 2900: ONL: Leading & Learning with Diversity

The purpose of this one-credit course is two-fold: (1) to engage educators in personal reflections about diversity issues in an educational organization, and (2) to help educators develop leadership practices that support diverse organizational environments.

The course is organized in four modules: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Justice. Each module will introduce educators to the current trends and literature about the topic, invite to a personal reflection within the content, and facilitate an application of new knowledge to a leadership practice.

The course will culminate with a project that will be a practitioner guide for leading and learning in diverse educational organizations.
