Dakota Conference on Rural and Public Health (Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration)

The Dakota Conference provides an opportunity for over 300 healthcare professionals, educators, and students to share strategies for building and sustaining healthy communities in North Dakota. It includes two and one half days of pre-conference workshops, keynote speakers, breakout sessions, poster presentations, evening workshops, and an awards banquet.

Registration Instructions (Please Read Carefully)

Under 'Session Details' choose your Exhibitor price point. If you are not registering as an Exhibitor, select the "Sponsorship ONLY" option and move onto Step 2.
Under 'Additional Options' choose one or more of the Sponsorship options (if applicable).
Click the Register button at the bottom of the page.
If you are signed into your Shopping Cart account, move onto Step 5. If you are not signed into your Shopping Cart account, click on the Sign In button.

If you have an account already, please enter your login credentials under 'Returning Customers'.
If you are a new customer, click on the Create Profile button to set up your account.

Click on the Checkout button. Do not click the 'Add Another Participant' button. Information about your additional representative will be collected upon checkout.
Prior to submitting your registration/payment, you will be required to answer some questions regarding your complimentary additional representative(s) (if applicable), meal choices for yourself and additional reps (if applicable), etc.
