DM: Complaints to Compliments: Handling Dietary Grievances in Long-Term Care

Complaints to Compliments discusses using complaints as opportunities for improvement, the process of handling dissatisfaction in the dining experience, and strategies to turn complaints into compliments in the foodservice operation.
