T&L 2900: Strong Ground (Book Study)

Participants will use Brene Brown's book, Strong Ground, to explore what leadership can look like in uncertain times, and how our humanness matters in this age of technology. Throughout her book, Brown shares not only her reflections but others, including Adam Grant and Daniel Pink. Participants in this course will read, reflect, and discuss each chapter of Strong Ground during a six-week book study, and examine how "fostering care, connection, and belonging" builds strong organizations.
