T&L 2900: KCS Professional Development Book Study Fall 2026

Relationships. It all boils down to relationships. Everyone wants strong, positive, mutually beneficial relationships. So why are they so hard to develop? Why do so many spouses have such a hard time communicating with each other? Why does the generation gap sometimes feel more like the Continental Divide? Why would so many employees prefer to pull out their own molar teeth with a pair of rusty pliers than have lunch with their supervisor? 

Participants will reach their 15 required hours through:

  • 8 one-hour sessions for discussion of learning and problem solving the application of learning
  • 6 hours dedicated to independent reading time of the selected text and any accompanying articles/resources
  • 1 hour for writing a final reflection.

Cancellation Policy

If UND receives the Course Withdrawal Form 7 or more calendar days before the learning event start date, the fee paid to UND Professional Development for Educators minus a $35 processing fee will be refunded. If the fee paid to UND is less than $100 the processing fee will be waived. NO REFUNDS are available if a withdrawal notification is received 6 or less calendar days before the learning event start date.
