We have seen a big shift in education. This shift has forced teachers to look to technology and strategies for technology integration in new ways. This course will guide you in creating a classroom that blends the thoughtful integration of online digital media with traditional classroom instructional methods in new ways. We will explore various strategies and models to weave together the best aspects of face-to-face and online learning to meet your instructional goals and your students' diverse learning needs. A major objective of this course is to design instruction that will allow students more control over time, pace, place and path of their learning. Teachers will leave with a digital toolbox customized to support these strategies. By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of this blended approach to teaching and have a toolbox of digital resources to utilize in the classroom.
