EDL 2900: New to WFHS Onboarding Course

This course will support educators in their first year of teaching at West Fargo Public Schools. Educators will engage in practices that support learner learning and educator knowledge. Classroom management poses many challenges for new educators and a focus on CHAMPS will be reviewed and discussed at each class.

T&L 2900: Meet Every Learner's Need

To continue to build on the imperative work taking place within the PLC process, it is important for educators to engage with practices that create extensive opportunities to continually conduct formative assessments. This course will focus on embedding those formative assessments throughout the learning process as well as designing intentional steps to respond to student misunderstandings and grow additional exploration opportunities for students showing mastery in a standard.
