COUN 2900: From Behaving to Belonging

Challenging behavior is one of the most significant issues that all educators face. Participants in this book study will learn how teachers can shift from a "behavior management" mindset, which punishes students for bad behavior and rewards for compliant behavior, to an approach that supports all students-even the most challenging one with kindness, creativity, acceptance, and love.
