T&L 2900: Improving Teacher Development & Evaluation Goal Setting Course

In this course, educators will learn about and use research supported instructional strategies tied to their school's instructional model to create and set instructional (cause and effect) goals. Participants will dive into each design area, set instructional goals for themselves, create action plans, and reflect on their learning.
