Ann Zweber Werner, PhD, is the founder of Whitewater Learning®. Prior to formally immersing herself in the creation of e-education for educators, she served as director of Licensing and Leadership Development for Educational Administrators at the University of Minnesota from 1997 to 2010. The university hired her after completing 21 years as a principal in urban and suburban schools at the junior and high school levels and in the district office. Her schools ranged in size from 400 to 2,800 students. She was an original member of the Minnesota Board of School Administrators (BOSA). Prior to and during that appointment, she worked closely with code of ethics issues through BOSA and the Minnesota Department of Education.
