Biography:
Anne Bodensteiner is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of North Dakota. With a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning with an emphasis in Higher Education, and a Master of Science in Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Science. Anne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, with active licenses and certifications in multiple states. Anne has been instrumental in developing and directing various programs, including the Certificate in Health & Wellness Coaching and the Master of Science in Nutrition.
