Dr. David Flynn, often quoted in national and international publications regarding economic issues, is a Professor of Economics and Chair of the UND Department of Economics. In addition to teaching and advising students, he is the Director of the Bureau of Business & Economic Research at UND. His duties include generating and carrying out consulting projects and forecast models. Dr. Flynn also provides outreach to the business community through presentations and speeches as well as oversees the publication of BBER forecast reports and other analysis.
