David Flynn
Biography:

Professor David Flynn began his career at the University of North Dakota in 2001. He received both his MA and PhD from the Indiana University (Bloomington) Department of Economics. He received his AB in Economics from Boston College in 1995. He is a member of many professional organizations including the Population Association of America, the International Institute of Forecasters, and the American Statistical Association.
