T&L 2900: Elementary Onboarding

This course is designed to support new teachers in building a strong foundation for a successful and sustainable teaching career. Through a series of practical and reflective sessions, participants will develop essential skills in classroom management, including relationship building, CHAMPS strategies, and the establishment of clear rules and procedures.
