This course, based upon the work of Peter Northouse, will be an introduction about what it takes to lead effectively. This online asynchronous 1-credit course will give an overview of different leadership theories and approaches; will provide a questionnaire that will allow participants to analyze their own impressions of the word leadership; and will help students apply their learning to sample case studies.

T&L 2900: ONL: Youth Mental Health
Awareness, knowledge, and skills related to youth mental health issues and resources are keys to competently managing the impact of these issues in the classroom and beyond. Thus, this course has been designed to meet the ND Educational Standards & Practices Board Mental Health training requirements for teachers, which has the stated goal of helping teachers become more effective in the classroom.
