Kristi Swartz has been at UND since 1993. She started with the UND Aerospace Department as a Visual Communications Specialist. After getting her master's in Instructional Design from UND she started work with the Continuing Education Department Online Development Team. Later the Team was dissolved into mainstream campus and joined with CILT. She now works with the Teaching Transformation and Development Academy as a Senior Instructional Designer.
