T&L 2900: Phase 1: Cohort: 2: LETRS Vol. 1 Training

The MN READ Act (enacted in July of 2023) requires districts and charter schools to provide teachers and instructional support staff who are responsible for teaching reading with training on evidence-based reading instruction. LETRS: Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling (Lexia) is one of the approved curriculum for this professional development opportunity.

STRIVE: Science of Reading Grades 4-12 is a Minnesota READ Act Phase 2-approved professional development program designed to equip educators in grades 4-12 with the knowledge, strategies, and tools necessary to implement evidence-based literacy instruction grounded in the Science of Reading.
