Dr. Jenny Loeck currently serves as Roseville Area High School Principal. Earning her Doctorate Degree in 2013, she studied the pivotal high school experiences of AVID graduates. She's a committed and tireless advocate for student equity and access. This learning module is her formal doctoral review of literature and addresses how she's turned her dissertation work into a systemic change in school practice. She's a dedicated equity leader who has embraced student input as a valued leverage point in school decision-making that includes instructional professional development.

Her educational background includes teaching physical education and health, prior to earning her Educational Specialist Degree, and Minnesota Principals' License through the University of St. Thomas. Her administrative career began in 2004, serving as an Activities Director and Associate Principal. She's been the Head Principal at Roseville Area High School since 2009.
