Kristina Robertson is an English Language Learner (ELL) leader from Minnesota. She has 25 years of experience teaching and leading in the ELL field, and licenses in administration, ESL, and reading. In her leadership role in school improvement she has worked with many leadership teams to analyze and use data to better understand the academic needs of ELLs. She began her teaching career as a Peace Corps volunteer and it really was the "toughest job you'll ever love." She is fortunate to still love what she does today and use her skills to support educators as they gain knowledge in how to better differentiate for ELL instruction.
