Chelsea Doriott is an Instructional Coach at the elementary level. Prior to coaching, she worked in the classroom, primarily in kindergarten and first grade. She earned her bachelor's degree in elementary instruction with a minor in middle level language arts. Chelsea holds a professional development certificate and is currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota in the master's and administrator licensing programs. Her emphases are literacy and obtaining a license as a K-12 principal. Chelsea loves learning and working with teachers to improve their practice.
