No image available Biography:

Dan Cahill taught Mathematics and Language Arts at North High School in North St. Paul, Minnesota, for 12 years before becoming an instructional coach and then working in staff development at the district level. Currently, he supports the PLC process across the district, leads the work of instructional coaches, and consults with building leaders on the creation and implementation of their strategic plans. He believes that education reform works best when leaders work to support the decision-making process of teachers, leaving the locus of power in their hands but facilitating reflective processes that are grounded in objective evidence but focused on learning for all.

Dan lives with his wife and son in St. Paul, Minnesota.
