Biography: Patrick D. Hoth has been an educator for the past two decades, both as a special education teacher and a school administrator. Throughout his career, he has been able to serve on several teams and committees that look at strategic planning, vision casting, and K-12 public education development. Much of the work he completed for his post-master's and his principal ship work have focused on vision and mission. In 2005, he was able to attend Harvard University's Principals' Center Summer Institute. Its sessions focused on leadership - specifically, how visions evolve. One of the outgrowths of this was making connections with educators from across the globe who face very similar challenges we do in American public education. |
