Applied Project Management Course

The Applied Project Management course will help you develop an understanding of how to apply project management to mitigate against project failures, abandonment and resource management and sunk cost, which are keys to a successful project. The course will provide you with the necessary knowledge and 35+ hours of contact training, to sit for the Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM®) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP®) exams.
