T&L 2900: Safety Care Core Trainer Training

Safety-Care by QBS is a nationally recognized, evidence-based behavioral safety training designed to provide educators and support staff with the skills and strategies to effectively prevent and manage behavioral challenges in school settings. The training emphasizes positive behavior support, prevention strategies, and safe, non-restrictive interventions.

The curriculum includes instruction in identifying early signs of escalating behavior, implementing de-escalation techniques, responding to crisis behaviors safely and respectfully, and understanding the legal and ethical considerations of physical intervention when absolutely necessary.

Training sessions involve both theoretical instruction and hands-on skills practice, ensuring participants gain confidence and competence in the application of Safety-Care strategies within their school roles.
