This book study is designed to guide participants through a reflective reading of the one of the following text: Of Boys and Men by Richard V. Reeves. Readings and discussion questions are organized by section to promote self-reflection and application. Throughout the book study, participants will share takeaways, questions, and connections with one another through online discussions. At the conclusion of the course, participants will identify actions steps that they can apply in their professional practice.
