T&L 2900: Anxious Generation

This professional learning book study is designed to engage educators in thoughtful reflection and discussion surrounding the themes presented in The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. Participants will explore the impact of smartphones, social media, overprotection, and shifts in childhood development on student mental health, behavior, learning, and school culture.

Through asynchronous discussions, written reflections, and applied educational connections, participants will examine how schools can support healthy student development while fostering resilience, belonging, and academic engagement.
