EDL 2900: Ruthless Equity: Leading Schools Where Every Learner Thrives

This graduate-level leadership seminar examines leadership practices that promote equitable educational outcomes for all students through the study of Ruthless Equity by Kim Williams. Participants engage in structured discussion, critical reflection, collaborative problem solving, and practical application to strengthen instructional leadership and equitable systems within their schools. Throughout the seminar, administrators will examine current practices, collaborate with colleagues, and develop an Equity Leadership Portfolio that demonstrates application of course concepts to authentic leadership challenges.

Cancellation Policy

If UND receives the Course Withdrawal Form 7 or more calendar days before the learning event start date, the fee paid to UND Professional Development for Educators minus a $35 processing fee will be refunded. If the fee paid to UND is less than $100 the processing fee will be waived. NO REFUNDS are available if a withdrawal notification is received 6 or less calendar days before the learning event start date.
