Total Recall: Responding to a Food Recall

Total Recall: Responding to a Food Recall discusses the 3 main classes of food recalls, the action steps that need to be taken if a food recall happens in your workplace and to describe ways to prevent foodborne illness in the event of a product recall.

  • Students will have access to this online course for up to six (6) months.
  • Upon completion of the course, you will be able to print a certificate of completion for 2 hours of sanitation CE.
