Making It Safe discusses what is a food safe culture, how to develop a food safe culture and strategies to maintain it in the foodservice operation.

  • Students will have access to this online course for up to six (6) months.
  • Upon completion of the course, you will be able to print a certificate of completion for 2 hours of sanitation CE.
