This course will support educators in their second or more year(s) as an educator in West Fargo Public Schools and more specifically, at Liberty Middle School. Educators will engage in practices that support learners and educator knowledge. Classroom assessment practices will be evaluated during each meeting. Educators will also be given time to network with other educators, build relationships, and learn about WFPS's instructional framework (Marzano) and practices to enhance their instruction. Educators will increase their knowledge and foster areas including teaching and learning, technology, assessment, making learning personal, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) in areas of academics and behavior as well as engagement in one's progression of learning. Educators will be trained using collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity that will carry into the classroom. Instructional strategies will encourage engagement in content as well as 21st Century learning in the classroom while aligning curriculum based on the North Dakota State Standards.
