COMM 499: Special Topics: Social Media Analytics
The course will introduce students to basic concepts, tools, and advantages and disadvantages of social media analytics. Emphasis will be on hands-on experience of how to collect, manage, visualize, analyze, and interpret digital data from various online platforms.
