Project Management Foundations

The fundamental project management processes are covered in the foundation course: defining requirements, schedules, risk management, agile project management, and change control. In group exercises, participants gain an understanding of how the project management processes are used during each phase of a project to build a better, more effective project plan and to effectively communicate the results in performance reports.
