Presentation skills are crucial for projecting a positive image of both you and your organization. Leaders must be able to speak, present and communicate with poise, power and persuasion. Begin by defining your message objectives and narrowing it down to key points for your audience. Learn to organize your presentation and perfect your delivery style by opening with impact, making a positive first impression, and closing with power for a lasting impact. Apply the concepts and techniques learned to improve interpersonal communication with managers, employees, coworkers and customers. You'll also learn techniques to overcome anxiety, how to choose dynamic presentation aids and strategies to respond professionally to your audience. Various experiential activities provide hands-on skill-building, enabling you to become a proficient communicator and presenter. Participants will receive both initial and refined course presentations on Google Drive for ongoing reference.
