Strong risk management and quality practices are essential to delivering projects on time, within scope, and with lasting value. This course, aligned with the PMBOK® Guide - 7th Edition, focuses on the Project Performance Domains of Planning, Delivery, and Measurement, as well as the Principles of Stakeholder Engagement, Adaptability & Resilience, and Quality.

You'll learn how to identify, analyze, and monitor risks throughout a project's life cycle, while also developing proactive quality management strategies that prevent costly rework. Through practical exercises, you'll apply proven tools and techniques to strengthen decision-making and implement systematic quality controls that improve outcomes.

  • Apply uncertainty analysis, network analysis, and quantitative decision-making methods
