Strategies for Hiring Top Talent

Creating a robust hiring strategy is important for saving time and resources while ensuring you hire the right person for the job the first time. This course provides comprehensive insights into various selection processes and teaches you how to build a hiring strategy and attract the right candidates. Recognize the costs of poor hiring decisions, develop a fair and consistent interviewing process and prepare compelling job advertisements. Additionally, you will learn to perform a job analysis and create position profiles. Learn to draft a variety of interview questions including traditional, behavioral, achievement-oriented, holistic and situational while enhancing communication skills that are essential for a skilled recruiter. You will also gain skills to effectively interview difficult applicants and understand fundamental employment and human rights laws that impact the hiring process.
